Orders and Shipping
We send our orders from our production facility in Wales. On average, your order will arrive in 2-4 working days.
For orders in the EU, USA, and Canada, the delivery time can be up to 10 business days.
We dispatch our UK orders via 1st Class Signed For Royal Mail.
International orders are sent via recorded international delivery.
If you have entered the wrong address in error, you can amend it during the same business day. Simply send us an email to info@vitamind.uk and give us the new address. Unfortunately, we cannot amend addresses after 1 business day after you have placed the order.
As soon as we receive the tracking number from the person responsible for postage, we send it over to you.
No, we do not store credit card information.
All UK prices already include sales tax.
We ship to the most countries globally, except Russia, Belarus, and Syria.
Yes, most of the items will be shipped in one package. If we do need to post in separate packages, we will update you.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
If you have received the wrong or damaged item, you can return it for the full refund including postage. If you have changed your mind and your products have not been opened or used, please feel free to return them in the original packaging, however, the postage will not be refunded.
Please get in touch with us and we will prepay your postage.
This has never happened before but… things happen. Please send a photo of the damaged item(s) to us and we will send you a prepaid postage slip.
